A Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in the State of New Jersey, Jennifer DeMaio, RN, MSN, FNP-C, CANS possesses a unique combination of knowledge of facial anatomy, artistic talent, an ability to create strong provider-patient relationships, and a love of medical aesthetics. Attaining board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Jennifer’s education, training, and experience afford her patients benefits that extend beyond those typical of other professionals performing medical aesthetics. Jennifer’s tenure as a post-operative recovery nurse at Morristown Memorial Hospital and critical care nurse at Overlook Hospital adds an extra layer of care, relatability, bedside manner, and clinical expertise that engenders feelings of safety and comfort for patients opting to participate in elective medical procedures. Unlike many other providers in the field, Jennifer has a gift for delicately balancing medicine, facial anatomy, and aesthetics!
Through education and a love of her craft, Jennifer’s medical aesthetics approaches inform and support patients in an effort to facilitate the individualized outcomes required for patient satisfaction. Taking time to evaluate each patient, discuss patient concerns, answer patient questions, and engage in detailed consultations, Jennifer creates a sense of understanding and comfort for her patients and their personal aesthetic goals. Jennifer combines her knowledge, experience, and inherent ability to form compassionate relationships and deliver superior service to her patients.
Possessing extensive clinical experience in various arenas, Jennifer parlays existing aesthetic knowledge with innovative tactics and evidence-based practices. Due to her unrelenting quest for new knowledge and current research in order to best serve her patient population, Jennifer is often found participating in conferences, trainings, and webinars, earning certifications that continually enable her to synthesize and perfect her aesthetic approaches. Certified in proprietary modalities like MicroTox™, NasoTox™, and JawTour™, Jennifer has been educated by and trained with some of the most acclaimed and highly-touted professionals in the field of medical aesthetics and anatomy. Unite all of the aforementioned qualities and accolades, and it is clear why Jennifer’s reputation and her contributions to the medical aesthetics society earned her an invitation to participate on various advisory boards of some of the top medical aesthetics companies.
Graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors, Jennifer earned a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner (Individual Across the Lifespan) from Drexel University in 2018. Working alongside the President of the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital for four years, Jennifer’s foundational knowledge of the aesthetic aspects of plastic surgery originated during her time at the Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. Synthesizing knowledge and experience gained, Jennifer’s own approaches have led to her becoming one of the most highly sought after injectors in the profession.
The Founder and CEO of FACE Aesthetic Artistry, a medical aesthetics and medical-grade skincare practice with a mission extending beyond the regularities of both medical practices and medical spas, Jennifer encourages her patients to seek the subtle alterations, enhancements, and rejuvenation required for them to feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Inspired by the emotional and relational connections formed with her patients during her time as a bedside nurse, Jennifer consistently provides empathic nurturing that is customized to the wellness and self-love of each individual she treats, supporting every individual’s desire for feeling and looking their best! A Registered Nurse in New Jersey, Aesthetic Nurse Injector Christina DiDomenico, RN relies on her knowledge and love of anatomy paired with a delicate and compassionate approach to patient care in her practice of aesthetic medicine. Eager to blend her adoration of beauty, skincare, and medicine to create positive patient outcomes, Christina’s philosophy supports the notion that there should not be a stigma associated with investing in feeling like the best version of yourself. “We all deserve to be our happiest and if participating in non-invasive procedures helps a patient feel that I want to be able to provide that judgment-free.”
Christina’s cordial and welcoming nature lends to a safe space where each patient can share their concerns. Her collaborative approach incorporates patient contributions in order to create treatment plans that help patients feel like the most confident version of themselves, a methodology that perfectly intertwines with FACE Aesthetic Artistry’s ideology that aesthetic medicine can enhance both physical and psychological well-being. Understanding that all individuals hold insecurities that prevent them from becoming the best version of themselves for a variety of reasons, Christina has found that these insecurities often are the result of not looking their best, which translates to not feeling their best. Christina’s caring and intelligent communication with patients has furthered her ability to assist them in achieving their desired results, including increased confidence and esteem.
Working alongside Jennifer DeMaio, FACE Aesthetic Artistry’s CEO and Founder, and Allergan Medical Institute Trainer, Christina’s participation in extensive didactic and hands-on training has contributed to the foundational knowledge and experience required for becoming a preeminent aesthetic nurse injector. Parlaying her experiences providing care to patients who were physically and medically unwell with her experiences treating patients in medical aesthetics, Christina’s unique blend of patient care combines sensitivity, passion, medical expertise, and technical ability.
A self-proclaimed forever student, Christina’s desire for continued education is a significant benefit to her patients, as they are continually placed in the hands of a dedicated professional whose passion for learning and research aids in delivering the individualized outcomes anticipated by every patient she treats. Desiring the most rewarding provider-patient relationships, Christina endows patients with the knowledge required to make the best medical aesthetic decisions, a paramount and often overlooked aspect of being a provider in the field of aesthetic medicine. Since joining the FACE Aesthetic Artistry team in 2021, Christina has gained the confidence of both her patients and colleagues.
Prior to her time at FACE Aesthetic Artistry, Christina’s professional experience includes employment as a patient care technician in the oncology unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and a cross-unit patient observer at Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Christina’s love of aesthetics and skincare developed during her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University when she worked in various spa settings while studying to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Following her commencement from Rutgers University in 2019, Christina pursued her passion for nursing at Brookdale Community College and graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2021. Christina is slated to embark on her next academic journey in 2023 when she will further her education in a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) program.
In addition to her love of medical aesthetics and education, Christina enjoys cooking authentic Italian food, painting, drawing, and makeup. For quite some time, Christina thought she would become a makeup artist. Currently, Christina’s favorite thing to do is to try new restaurants, visit wineries, and enjoy weekend trips to places she has yet to visit.

A Board Certified Physician Associate (PA-C) in the State of New Jersey and National Board Certified Physician Associate with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) since 2009, Amber Nigam, MS, PA-C is a passionate practitioner who has continually honed her expertise in medical aesthetics for the past 10 years. Possessing a genuine love of working with her hands, Amber combines precision and art in her practice of medicine, an ideal blend for aesthetic physician associates. Working in a private surgical practice, Amber’s experience in both plastic surgery and medical aesthetics offered the platform from which she could integrate her love of anatomy and a genuine understanding of the “why” behind the procedures. Amber’s dedication to continual education and a love of research aided her passion for customizing treatment plans and providing individualized care for her patients, helping her become the exceptional provider she is today.
After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, Amber pursued and earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College in Amherst, NY. Following her academic endeavors, Amber’s experiences as a Physician Associate (PA) in the Department of Surgery at Saint Peter’s University Hospital assisting surgeons in the operating room during the course of her employment eventually yielded her the title and responsibility of Chief Physician Associate. Amber’s experiences in the Department of Surgery included working in plastic surgery, neurosurgery, general surgery, and pediatric urology.
Following Amber’s tenure at St. Peter’s Hospital, she joined Plastic Surgery Arts of New Jersey in 2013, assisting surgical procedures and providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including BOTOX® and other neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Coolsculpting®, microneedling with radio frequency, Ultherapy®, Renuva®, and specialized laser treatments. After approximately 10 years with Plastic Surgery Arts of New Jersey, Amber’s desire for assisting in surgery decreased and her passion for providing non-surgical aesthetic treatments for patients surged, leading to her much-anticipated move to FACE Aesthetic Artistry.
Amber believes that collaboration and dissemination of knowledge are paramount. In order to succeed in her endeavors to continually share knowledge, Amber regularly attends conferences and seminars (e.g., AAPA; Plastic Surgery The Meeting; Aesthetic Bootcamp) and participates in training with experts (e.g., Mauricio De Maio, MD; Rami Batniji, MD; Nicola Lowery, PA-C). Amber also engages in the training and learning experiences of others, as she has been a trainer for MTF Biologics for Renuva®, an alternative to autologous fat grafting, since 2019.
According to Amber, “The best part of being an aesthetic provider is the enjoyment I experience getting to know my patients and their individual needs. I pride myself on my attention to detail, individualizing treatments and procedures, and providing superior care while also being efficient and dedicated to their desired outcomes. My objective is for patients to truly enjoy their experience. In order to accomplish this goal I always take my time, answer all questions posed, and educate patients so that they are well informed…and I do so with a smile and gentle touch!”
When Amber is not helping clients look and feel their best, she enjoys time with her husband, three children, and Australian Shepherd. She loves to travel and enjoys cooking as well as finding new restaurants and neighborhoods to explore.
