Jennifer DeMaio, MSN, FNP-C, CANS is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), who has distinguished herself over a nearly ten-year career. She is the Founder of FACE Aesthetic Artistry, New Jersey med spas, in both Westfield and the newest in Morristown. Jennifer is committed to clinical expertise and brings a fusion of deep anatomical understanding, artistic precision, aesthetic vision, and personal warmth in her patient-centered care. Her unique background, distinguished by serving as a National Mentee and Trainer within Dr. Mauricio de Maio’s MD Codes Mentorship Program which many globally recognize as the preeminent injecting philosophy, and as a nationwide Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) Trainer regularly educating injectors on advanced techniques, safe practices, and remediation methods in aesthetic injecting. Certified in advanced modalities such as MicroTox™, NasoTox™, and JawTour™, Jennifer has trained with some of the most acclaimed thought leaders in the medical aesthetics and anatomy fields. Her growing list of contributions and exceptional reputation have earned her invitations to serve on advisory boards for top aesthetics companies, where her insights help shape the future of the industry.
Jennifer believes that aesthetic medicine is an art, and the client’s beauty the canvas, which is also why she founded the state-of-the-art accredited training facility, FACE Aesthetic Institute, in Morristown, New Jersey. The Institute has also been selected as one of very few AMI Affiliate training facilities in the U.S. Jennifer is determined to assure the industry commits to sculpting timeless beauty with artistic precision through elevated education. Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and developed her early aesthetic foundation alongside leading plastic surgeons, including the President of the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital. These formative experiences helped shape her meticulous, anatomy-first approach and set the stage for her becoming one of the most sought-after injectors in the profession. Jennifer’s foundational nurse training was shaped early on, while working in post-operative recovery care at Morristown Memorial Hospital and critical care at Overlook Hospital. Bedside manner and patient communication remain paramount traits in her treatments. Her goals are to assure patients feel safe, understood, and supported throughout these very personal aesthetic journeys at FACE Aesthetic Artistry.
Beyond her clinical and teaching accomplishments, Jennifer is a devoted mother to two beautiful children and the proud owner of two French Bulldogs, cherishing time spent with family and friends. Her commitment is to empower both her patients and the many medical professionals she trains. She believes in the adage that in aesthetic medicine results matter-- you do not pay for the cheapest product, you pay for the provider.

A Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Ronco, MSN, AGPCNP-C specializes in aesthetic medicine focusing on injectables (including all neurotoxins and all FDA-approved dermal fillers for facial balancing and optimization) and laser medicine. In 2024, Stephanie had the privilege of participating in a preceptorship with world-renowned dermatologist, Dr. Patrick Bitter, at his medical practice in Silicon Valley, CA. As a developer of continued excellence and advancements of Sciton’s laser technology, Dr. Bitter’s highly coveted training places Stephanie within the top 10% of the country’s providers with advanced skills in Sciton Inc’s BBL HEROic, BBL HERO, and MOXI lasers. Her passion for laser medicine is founded on a ‘skin first’ mentality focusing on anti-aging and overall regenerative skin brilliance. Stephanie is also skilled in various Radio Frequency microneedling technologies with PRP/PRFM, PRF EZ gel injections, and high-quality skin assessments for the collaborative development of patient skin care routines at FACE Aesthetic Artistry.

Stephanie obtained both her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Seton Hall University. Prior to entering the field of Aesthetic Medicine, she began her career as an ICU RN working in Cardiac Critical Care in which she cared for highly compromised cardiac and respiratory patients. For 9 years, she also worked in Labor and Delivery at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey for high-risk obstetrical patients and newborns. She developed extensive procedural skills while dealing with critical life-saving procedures daily.
Ultimately, Stephanie’s passion for aesthetic medicine is rooted in creating a trusting relationship with all of her patients. She emphasizes the importance of continuing education by staying relevant to all current techniques/skills and remaining up to date with new aesthetic procedures. This combination has helped create her philosophy of a “look good, feel good” mindset. Stephanie believes in not fixing what is “wrong” but rather enhancing what is right by empowering her patients from the inside out. She loves to educate her patients on gracefully navigating the aging process while helping them achieve their aesthetic goals. In her free time, Stephanie loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her beloved family and friends.
