The FACE Aesthetic Artistry rewards program entitles established patients to “bank” their neurotoxin (Botox™/Dysport™) according to their specific, individualized formula created by their provider. Annually, patients can purchase their Botox™ or Dysport™ at a discounted rate. 

 

Typical treatments using Botox™ up to 40 units cost the patient $16/unit. Treatments using Botox™ greater than 40 units are offered at a reduced cost to the patient of $12/unit for all units of Botox™ over 40 units. With the Your FACE, Your FUTURE, Your REWARDS program, FACE Aesthetic Artistry would like to reward their dedicated and loyal patients. Therefore, FACE Aesthetic Artistry is offering the opportunity to purchase their Botox™ (in accordance with their unique formula determined by their provider) once a year, for the full year, at a discounted rate of $12/unit.

Treatments using Dysport™ greater than 120 units are offered at a reduced cost to the patient of $3.50/unit for all units of Dysport™ over 120 units. With the Your FACE, Your FUTURE, Your REWARDS program, FACE Aesthetic Artistry would like to reward their dedicated and loyal patients. Therefore, FACE Aesthetic Artistry is offering the opportunity to purchase their Dysport™ (in accordance with their unique formula determined by their provider) once a year, for the full year, at a discounted rate of $3.50/unit.
