A Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in the State of New Jersey, Jennifer DeMaio, RN, MSN, FNP-C, CANS possesses a unique combination of knowledge of facial anatomy, artistic talent, an ability to create strong provider-patient relationships, and a love of medical aesthetics. Attaining board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Jennifer’s education, training, and experience afford her patients benefits that extend beyond those typical of other professionals performing medical aesthetics. Jennifer’s tenure as a post-operative recovery nurse at Morristown Memorial Hospital and critical care nurse at Overlook Hospital adds an extra layer of care, relatability, bedside manner, and clinical expertise that engenders feelings of safety and comfort for patients opting to participate in elective medical procedures. Unlike many other providers in the field, Jennifer has a gift for delicately balancing medicine, facial anatomy, and aesthetics!
Through education and a love of her craft, Jennifer’s medical aesthetics approaches inform and support patients in an effort to facilitate the individualized outcomes required for patient satisfaction. Taking time to evaluate each patient, discuss patient concerns, answer patient questions, and engage in detailed consultations, Jennifer creates a sense of understanding and comfort for her patients and their personal aesthetic goals. Possessing extensive clinical experience in various arenas, Jennifer parlays existing aesthetic knowledge with innovative tactics and evidence-based practices. Due to her unrelenting quest for new knowledge and current research in order to best serve her patient population, Jennifer is often found participating in conferences, trainings, and webinars, earning certifications that continually enable her to synthesize and perfect her aesthetic approaches. Certified in proprietary modalities like MicroTox™, NasoTox™, and JawTour™, Jennifer has been educated by and trained with some of the most acclaimed and highly-touted professionals in the field of medical aesthetics and anatomy. Graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors, Jennifer earned a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner (Individual Across the Lifespan) from Drexel University in 2018. Working alongside the President of the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital for four years, Jennifer’s foundational knowledge of the aesthetic aspects of plastic surgery originated during her time at the Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. Synthesizing knowledge and experience gained, Jennifer’s own approaches have led to her becoming one of the most highly sought after injectors in the profession.
The Founder and CEO of FACE Aesthetic Artistry, a medical aesthetics and medical-grade skincare practice with a mission extending beyond the regularities of both medical practices and medical spas, Jennifer encourages her patients to seek the subtle alterations, enhancements, and rejuvenation required for them to feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Inspired by the emotional and relational connections formed with her patients during her time as a bedside nurse, Jennifer consistently provides empathic nurturing that is customized to the wellness and self-love of each individual she treats, supporting every individual’s desire for feeling and looking their best! A Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Ronco, MSN, AGPCNP-C specializes in aesthetic medicine focusing on injectables (including all neurotoxins and all FDA-approved dermal fillers for facial balancing and optimization) and laser medicine. In 2024, Stephanie had the privilege of participating in a preceptorship with world-renowned dermatologist, Dr. Patrick Bitter, at his medical practice in Silicon Valley, CA. As a developer of continued excellence and advancements of Sciton’s laser technology, Dr. Bitter’s highly coveted training places Stephanie within the top 10% of the country’s providers with advanced skills in Sciton Inc’s BBL HEROic, BBL HERO, and MOXI lasers. Her passion for laser medicine is founded on a ‘skin first’ mentality focusing on anti-aging and overall regenerative skin brilliance. Stephanie is also skilled in various Radio Frequency microneedling technologies with PRP/PRFM, PRF EZ gel injections, and high-quality skin assessments for the collaborative development of patient skin care routines at FACE Aesthetic Artistry.

Stephanie obtained both her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Seton Hall University. Prior to entering the field of Aesthetic Medicine, she began her career as an ICU RN working in Cardiac Critical Care in which she cared for highly compromised cardiac and respiratory patients. For 9 years, she also worked in Labor and Delivery at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey for high-risk obstetrical patients and newborns. She developed extensive procedural skills while dealing with critical life-saving procedures daily.
Ultimately, Stephanie’s passion for aesthetic medicine is rooted in creating a trusting relationship with all of her patients. She emphasizes the importance of continuing education by staying relevant to all current techniques/skills and remaining up to date with new aesthetic procedures. This combination has helped create her philosophy of a “look good, feel good” mindset. Stephanie believes in not fixing what is “wrong” but rather enhancing what is right by empowering her patients from the inside out. She loves to educate her patients on gracefully navigating the aging process while helping them achieve their aesthetic goals. In her free time, Stephanie loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her beloved family and friends.
